Nu Skin Innovation Center Parking Structure

The Nu Skin Below-Grade Parking Garage is a 121,000 sq. ft, 260 stall, single level below grade parking structure. The garage includes two separate entrance ramps on the either side with cast in place light fixtures. All electrical infrastructure was concealed in concrete to give the parking garage a clean appearance. The garage also includes two separate elevators, one for the general public and another for executive use, and has a unique pedestrian tunnel that connects it to another garage across the street in order for employees to enter the Innovation Center without being exposed to the weather.  Additionally, the parking garage has two electrical rooms and two data rooms, security cameras and card access gates to ensure that employees only are parking in the structure. The electrical infrastructure and the data/communication infrastructure also supports a two-story office building and a “park” that sits on top of the parking garage.
