The Beginning (1986 – 1990)
In 1986, Richard Hunt founded Hunt Electric, Inc., working out of his home with one employee and a pickup truck. Those early days of working on many small, closely supervised projects taught us the importance of doing quality work and serving clients with reliability and integrity. These traits became the core of our mission statement that still guides us today:

Building a Reputation (1990 - 2000)

Expansion (2000 – 2022)

Client demand and business growth led to opening Hunt Electric offices in Denver, Colorado, and St. George, Utah.
