The Station Park Development infrastructure was a crucial first-step in the masterplan for the new mixed-use retail/commercial development in Farmington, Utah. Hunt Electric provided the site lighting, infrastructure, as well as the core and shell work for Nordstrom Rack. The scope of work consisted of 78 custom LED street light poles with specialty LED down-lights, 418 LED landscape up-lights, convenience work outlets and complete site sound system. Additionally, there are over 40,000 feet of underground raceway and 185,000 feet of conductors that were installed throughout the site for all of the systems. All site lighting throughout the development as well as all of the building exterior lighting are controlled by a networked lighting control system that allows the owner to control the entire development from one workstation with remote capabilities.
