This five-star exclusive luxury resort project consisted of 37 luxury suites located in a remote area near Lake Powell. The project was all pour-in-place architectural concrete with post tension decks. Our infrastructure scope included the installation of medium voltage power conduits from the highway, through difficult and challenging terrain, to the remote site of the exclusive high-end resort and spa. Additional installations included 4” power and utility conduits to feed the resort, water supply and sewage system, and the setting of all vaults and transformers.
