Grand Lodge at Empire Pass is located steps away from Deer Valley Resort’s Express chairlift. The 123,000 sq. ft. project includes 27 ski-in/ski-out high-end condominiums. Common areas include a two-story entry lobby with a fireplace, an owner’s lounge, fitness room with heated patio, a grotto hot tub, ski locker room and sport storage lockers and underground parking. Our scope included all infrastructure, electrical and communications package for the six-story lodge.
