Hunt Electric, Inc. completed all electrical work for the 20,000 sq. ft. build-out within the active AdventHealth Medical Center in Castle Rock, Colorado. The fast-tracked project required coordination with Vertix Builders, the architect, engineers, and hospital staff to complete all electrical installations without disrupting ongoing medical operations.

Our team managed all rough-in, power distribution, lighting, and equipment connections under accelerated conditions. Work included core drilling above active operating rooms, requiring strict infection control and safety coordination. Each of the 34 exam rooms received custom extruded soffit fixtures that demanded exact field measurements, rapid submittal review, and constant communication with the manufacturer to maintain schedule.

Hunt also installed complex specialty lighting, including custom pendants integrated with acoustic baffles, and managed all OFCI X-ray room connections, coordinating real-time design adjustments to meet equipment requirements.

Despite design revisions, access limits, and schedule compression, Hunt Electric delivered all systems on time, fully coordinated, and compliant with hospital standards.
