This building is a new, three story plus top-floor mezzanine addition to the historic Rocky Mountain Seed Building at 1520 Market. The new structure is built on top of the below-ground, 24-vehicle parking structure constructed in 2014. The building completes the street wall on the south-east corner of 15th and Market. Floors 2 and 3 include 5,000 sq. ft. of office with interior connections to the Seed Building. The top-floor mezzanine features an L-shaped deck with views through LoDo to the Rocky Mountains beyond. Hunt Electric's scope included electrical installation.
