Galen College of Nursing is one of the largest nursing educators in the United States, with over 30,000 students graduating since it opened its doors, significantly impacting our communities and young professionals. Hunt Electric is proud to be involved in its nationwide expansion efforts. As Galen College established new locations across the country, Hunt was selected on the team to build Utah's newest nursing college location. 

This new 32,000 sq. ft. facility includes hospital-style rooms and stations to acclimatize students to work in healthcare environments while also providing classrooms and areas for learning. The Hunt Electrical and Technology teams worked together to install all wiring,  lighting, and low-voltage systems, including the learning lab spaces, 

Close collaboration with Galen College representatives and Interior Construction Specialists helped ensure the project ran smoothly. We fostered a seamless working dynamic throughout each project phase by leveraging our established relationships with ICS Layton.
