Alliance Construction Solutions continued their longstanding relationship with Hunt Electric by selecting us to perform the electrical work for the six-story Hyatt House Hotel at Fitzsimons which contains 140 guest rooms, restaurants, and retail shops.

The University of Colorado Hospital (UCH), the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, and the Children’s Hospital of Aurora have experienced an increased demand for extended-stay facilities near their campuses. Hunt was honored to play a key role in supporting families whose loved ones are receiving medical care at nearby hospitals by creating an inviting and comfortable place to stay.

We managed the challenge of working with the wood frame construction by using electrical drawings to create a plan for routing cables throughout all the rooms. Then we closely supervised our crew to ensure the work was completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Because of Hunt’s upfront planning, creating the layout in advance, and coordination with the general contractor and specialty contractors we were able to complete the project on time and under budget. This strengthened our relationship with Alliance who selected Hunt for their next hotel project.
