EDCUtah recently relocated their
corporate headquarters, and they selected Hunt Electric as their design-build
partner to meet their electrical and technology needs. Hunt Electric’s
Audio-Visual (AV) department sat down with EDCUtah early in the process to
learn how the new video conferencing system could best meet EDCUtah’s needs.
Based on this in-house needs audit, our AV department designed a custom-made
video system that supported EDCUtah’s collaborative culture and its desire to
build strong relationships with both members and clients. Hunt’s audio-visual solution
delivers the flexibility to meet a wide range of communication needs from
hybrid to fully virtual meetings, and it works to seamlessly connect domestic
and international participants.
The new office
space consists of a conference room with a ceiling-mounted video screen and
ceiling speakers for a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) video conference system. To
help control costs, Hunt also incorporated the camera projector and existing
Crestron equipment from the old office into the new system.
