This project is a four-story building with lower level retail spaces and a Hyatt hotel. The second floor houses the main lobby, meeting rooms, breakfast/dining area, guest kitchen, fitness room and guest rooms, with the remaining guest rooms and suites on the third and fourth floors. Electrical services, telecommunication systems, lighting, lighting control systems, fire alarm, security, card access, phone and data systems are installed within the building, with the lower level housing retail tenants.
