Although this office building is considered new construction, the owner wanted the facility to have the look and feel of a 100-year-old warehouse. This look was accomplished by utilizing materials such as exposed rusted steel and Quaker windows. Modern electrical features include LED lighting on the exterior of the building. Two levels of the office are available for future tenant space. Our work included design-build electrical services for the core and shell of the building.
