Located on the picturesque Dixie Drive in St. George, Utah, Onset Financial's Southern Utah facility stands as a striking addition against the backdrop of the red rock mountains. Onset Financial envisioned an elegant 58,000 sq. ft. building boasting high-end finishes and top-of-the-line amenities to host their employees and clients.

Our Electrical Division spearheaded installation of all electrical systems, including lighting, fire alarms, security pathways, and rough-ins for the low-voltage contractor. Additionally, our High Voltage Division installed all high-voltage cabling and project transformer.

The facility's amenities reflect a commitment to employee well-being and client satisfaction, featuring a yoga studio, basketball court, multiple kitchenette breakrooms, outdoor fire pit and patio, and a spa plunge pool, which required specialized equipment and infrastructure. Our teams installed imported European fixtures and electrified glass wall paneling, working in tandem with the owners to bring their vision to life.

Onset Financial's active involvement in the design and construction process fostered seamless coordination and communication with our teams throughout the project. Our project team meticulously detailed punch lists, observations, drawings, submittals, and more, facilitating collaboration with Okland Construction. By harnessing BIM, we minimized clashes and enhanced safety on the jobsite, ensuring the successful completion of Onset Financial's newest facility.
