Security National Financial Corporation is expanding its corporate campus, with the new 53rd Center along the I-15 redevelopment corridor. The first building (200,000 sq. ft.) and first parking garage (314,000 Sq. Ft.) including 4,000 parking stalls were recently completed. At full build-out, the 20-acre campus will include nearly 1 million square feet of office space in six buildings, ranging in height from four to 12 stories, serviced by three parking structures including more than 4,000 stalls. Rooftop terraces, plazas, onsite amenities, and close proximity to mass transit hubs in a central urban core will provide vibrant workspace for up to 5,000 employees.
