This nine-story, 230,000 class-A office tower located in the heart of West Valley is one of the tallest buildings in the city and the flagship of the Fairborne Station Business Park. The project included a seven stories parking structure with 1,348 parking stalls adjacent to the tower.

Hunt Electric was contracted as the design-build electrical contractor for this project. The building’s design reflects the elegance of 21st-century commerce, and it transformed downtown West Valley. Hunt Electric collaborated closely with the general contractor, architect, and our trade partners to ensure that we stayed within the project’s budget and schedule while providing the highest quality of work possible.

Our scope encompassed the electrical backbone for the entire building and the roof-mounted solar power system. We also designed and installed the lighting control, telecommunication lines, and fire alarm system for both the nine-story office tower and the seven-level parking structure.
