The East Village is a new, stylish and smart apartment building in Sandy, UT. Situated between downtown Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Mountains, this apartment complex is the city’s first transit-oriented development. Hunt Electric worked on Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this project. Our scope included the installation of all electrical systems, new infrastructure and AV technology systems throughout the complex and two-story clubhouse. The facility also features a swimming pool and a 395-stall parking garage.
