This thirty million
dollar project consists of a four-story high-end boutique hotel with 60 guest
rooms and a rooftop spa/terrace, four and five story mixed commercial/multi-family
apartment buildings totaling 110 units, below and above grade structured
parking with 233 stalls, 8,900 square feet of commercial space, amenity courtyard
with a pool, spa and fire pit and a mid-block plaza and park with water
features. City View is referred to as the “largest downtown core redevelopment
in St. George’s history.”
