Project included the installation of a 1.5MW electrical distribution system for this data center. The installation of (2) 600kW standby generators, (2) UPS systems, and installation of RPP’s for the data center were included. Hunt Electric’s scope of work was for 1/2 build-out of the electrical system.  Even though the system was only 1/2 build-out, a complete conduit system was provided for future electrical equipment as the data center expands. The data center’s electrical metering, breakers, and fire alarm system is monitored from an off-site location. This required the installation of a custom built control panel for the end user. Additional installations included all lighting and general power requirements throughout the remaining space.
