Utah Valley University will soon have a pedestrian bridge connecting the east main campus to parking, student housing and a UTA Frontrunner Station on the west side. The bridge will span across Interstate 15 and be 1,023 feet long, 15 feet wide and 90 feet high, making it the longest doubly curved, inverted Fink truss bridge in the world. It will have a covered roof, a heated deck, a perforated steel side and will be lit at night for safety. This $30 million dollar project is expected to be completed in late 2020.
We're excited to be a part of this unique project with a great team that will benefit many people and make it easy to use public transportation! Method Studios Kraemer North America WSP
