This year marks the 50th year of the Park City Kimball Arts Festival - starting today through 8/4 - you don't want to miss it! We were privileged to work on the restoration of the historic Kimball on Main which is the source of the city's lifeblood and love of art.
The Kimball on Main is situated on a prominent corner of Park City’s most popular and recognized Main Street. The building includes class A retail, restaurant, and public event space for the mountain town’s community. Current tenants include the Summit Art Gallery, We Norwegians and LL Bean. The project consisted of a 14,500 sq. ft. historical renovation and a 20,000 sq. ft. three-story addition. The existing deck and plaza structure were removed to allow for the new three story, concrete and steel structure to be erected. The building also received significant seismic upgrades and a complete interior remodel. Hunt Electric handled the electrical scope of work for the project.
