Connecting Health in Utah

The Health Equity tenant improvement project is a fast-paced, 90,000 Sq. Ft. project including three floors of premium office space. Led by Foreman Gavin Holmes and lead technician Matt Booth, this is the largest project for the Service Division to date. Our workload includes installation of state-of-the-art lighting to deliver maximum user potential and space functionality. Our team installed a cutting-edge lighting package which mirrored the installation at Vivint Smart Home Arena. The lights were custom length linear fixtures ranging from 4’ to 60’ and offer a modern and seamless finish. The high caliber skills brought forward by our team helped condense the original seven-month schedule into less than five-months. We received an extra boost of manpower from our Electrical Division, which positioned the Service Division to finish strong and on-time. Long days, nights and weekends pushed this project into overdrive and payed off immensely with an outstanding finished product. Our collaborative approach proves why Hunt Electric is a leader in all that we do, and we look forward to teaming with our other divisions!

Looking toward the future, our terrific group of employees and collaborative team effort is what always has and will continue to keep us running efficiently. Through this pandemic, we are proud of the Service Team and how they’ve handled our business; keeping themselves and everyone around them in mind and doing all they can to stay safe while keeping morale and performance at a high standard. Our SAM’s (Strategic Account Managers) have stepped up with consistent outreach and coordination with customers to keep the stream of work coming in and ensure our technicians and apprentices keep busy.
