SpringHill Suites West Valley is a five-story, 133-suite, hotel owned by the Marriott Corporation. Hunt Electric was selected as the design-build electrical partner on this project. Our team worked closely with the developer, the general contractor, and the architect to meet Marriott’s strict building standards and ensure uniformity with its other properties under the Marriott brand. Because this was a design-build project, Hunt Electric worked to ensure we fully included all of Marriott’s standards in the building’s design documents. 

Several Hunt divisions (In-house Engineering, Infrastructure, and Technology) worked on the project, and their collaboration resulted in a building that embodies the owner’s precise and exacting vision. Hunt’s cooperative approach enabled us to perform high-quality work and helped meet the construction schedule while staying within the project’s budget.
