Quattro is a 7-story luxury apartment building in downtown Salt Lake City, featuring 95 units and over 20 customized floor plans. Every detail is accounted for with amenities including fire pits, soaking tubs, breathe and sweat rooms, a Zen garden, rooftop patio and designer finishes. Hunt Electric’s scope includes full electrical design and installation for the apartment units and one level of slab on-grade parking.  The parking garage features an automated first of a kind City Lift Parking System in Salt Lake City.  Along the electrical scope, Hunt Electric Technology Division designed and installed all the structured cabling and access control on the project. The Infrastructure Division was involved early in the project to re-route a Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) backbone around the project and install all underground electrical utilities.
