4th West is a luxury apartment development in the center of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The Wasatch mountain views, nearby shopping, dining and entertainment, and easy access to public transportation, make this a premier location for those looking for an urban living experience. Hunt Electric was the electrical contractor for this 870,000 sq. ft. development. The multi-unit project included a seven-story parking structure, sport lounges, workout areas, yoga rooms and a rooftop terrace and pool. Hunt Electric also provided relocation of power for an intersection traffic signal needed for the new facility.
