As a driving force behind Hunt Electric’s growth, Ibi has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s reputation and strategic direction. She built and now leads Hunt’s marketing and business development teams, guiding the company’s communication, strategy, and market positioning efforts.
Widely recognized as both a connector and a strategist, Ibi has a talent for aligning client needs with the right expertise to deliver meaningful results. Her leadership extends beyond company walls into the community, where she has made significant contributions through organizations including the Utah Alliance for Economic Development and the Urban Land Institute (ULI Utah). During her tenure as ULI Utah District Council Chair, she helped launch initiatives focused on leadership development, mentorship, and diversity—efforts that continue to shape the region’s professional landscape.
