This project is a 180,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement building with design-build electrical and technology package. Our electrical scope consisted of design and installation of power, lighting, lighting controls, daylight harvesting and fire alarms. Our Technology scope included design and installation of the Commscope Category 6A Structured cabling with 400,000 feet of network cable, with an additional 35,000 feet of Category 6A for security and av systems. Hunt Electric’s technology team collaborated with customer representatives to design pathways, backbone cabling, workstation cabling along with communication room layouts to fit their needs. We engaged with the customer from start to finish on QA/QC reviews and sign-off of critical path work packages to help eliminate punch list items at completion.
