The scope of this project included construction of a full interchange over I-15 at milepost 330, a new five lane roadway from Fort Lane to Flint Street (Layton Parkway connection) including a bridge structure over the railroad right-of-way, new express lanes on north and south bound I-15, improving one signalized intersection at Main Street and Gentile Street, adding four new signalized intersections at Flint Street, Main Street, Fort Lane, and the Layton Parkway connection and installing decorative pole lights along the newly reconstructed Main Street and the new Layton Parkway.
