“TRACK Program”
HUNT ELECTRIC uses the “TRACK Program” which is a daily risk assessment that empowers employees to analyze jobsite conditions, employee work habits, and the overall safety on the jobsite prior to the commencement of any task and to proactively act on their findings.

– Two full-time Safety Professionals to oversee the program
– All of our foremen have received the 10-hour OSHA training certification
– We strive to maintain a drug-free workplace. All employees are subject to pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing
– All employees are First Aid and CPR trained annually
– HUNT ELECTRIC is Browz Certified

OSHA Compliant
The HUNT ELECTRIC Safety Program begins in the planning stages of every project. Project Managers are trained to identify safety concerns and each project is reviewed by the Safety Officers for OSHA compliance and necessary safety considerations and equipment. We then continue the focus on safety at the jobsite through our jobsite Supervisors. Supervisors are given weekly “Train the Trainer (TTT)” instruction from which they conduct and document weekly training for the employees they supervise. Routine site inspections by our Safety Officer and both site and industry accident/injury statistics form the basis of our safety metrics that continually focus our actions and training. A construction site, by nature, is ever changing throughout the life of the project. The TRACK risk assessment and routine site inspection serves to identify new or changing hazards and drive proactive measures to mitigate safety risks. HUNT ELECTRIC promotes safety at every level of management and on every aspect of the job. We seek to collaborate with and support the efforts of our customers to minimize all hazards in the workplace. HUNT ELECTRIC Supervisors are encouraged to bring to the attention of General Contractors and Subcontractors unsafe conditions and practices, and to correct hazards before accidents occur. A strong Safety Program is not only good for business; it is also the right thing to do. HUNT ELECTRIC is committed to a constant and vigilant approach to safety and to apply the necessary manpower and resources to keep our Safety Program on the cutting edge of the construction industry. By this approach our goal is to send every employee home to his or her family safely each day.
